Can I request faster shipping?
Yes, you can call us anytime Monday - Friday between 10am and 5pm and we will definetly work with you and get your order out as soon as payment is received and clears through our bank not just paypal.

What makes us special is? Each and every order we get has a personal touch. All merchandise is inspected and given the same scrutiny. Whether it be a book or a toy. Each item that is shipped will be received with accuracy. The correct product + the receipt + information on the package = Accuracy.

What is the Return or Exchange policy?
The return and exchange policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. Its the same as if you went to a store of any kind.

How does the Exchange or Refund Policy work?
We will refund you IF the product is damaged in shipping. The item would need to be returned in the exact packaging that it arrived to you in. Upon inspection if item is in fact damaged we will exchange it. Or refund it minus the shipping if bought through Paypal.

Yes we will. Just let me know at the time of purchase that this is a combine order.

We pride ourselves on the merchandise we carry. If we don't stand behind it 110% then what's the point. If we wouldn't use the product we wouldn't carry it. We believe in all of our merchandise. How long will it take to receive my items
It can take time to process an order. Normally you will receive your merchandise within 3-5 business days. Sometimes it may also take 2-3 weeks depending on the product. If you do need the item sooner than what we have stated please feel free to contact us by telephone or email which is located under the contact us.

Who do we use for shipping?
We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for all of our shipping needs. Most times we use USPS or UPS for shipping purposes.

Why should I specify size?
When ordering rings, shirts or halloween costumes size MUST BE SPECIFIED. Once size is indicated order can be completed and sent.

If my item is on backordered and/or customized how much time is needed?
If your item is on backordered and/or customized we will need at least another 4-5 business days. If your item is on backordered we will let you know as soon as it comes in.

What is the policy for major holiday delivery?
If your item is needed for a major holiday like Halloween we ask that you order early and order fast...Halloween costumes tend to go quickly. But all other holidays like Hanukkah and Christmas due to high volume during the holidays, please be aware that the estimated delivery time may not be the same as mentioned.
